We Invest in Enterprise Software Companies, and We Stay

Two routes to the same outcome: companies we build through the Venture Studio, and companies we invest in and help operate. We hold both long term.

How Do We Deploy Capital?

Two Routes, One Thesis

Most capital arrives after a company already exists. We are structured to move earlier than that, and to stay longer afterward.

Route A

We Build It

Some companies begin as a problem rather than a pitch. We identify something worth solving, validate it with the enterprises that have it, and build the company around it, sometimes before there is a founder.

Route B

We Back It, for as Long as It Takes

Once a company exists, capital is the easy part. We stay involved: enterprise introductions, architecture review, security and compliance, go to market, with no fund lifecycle setting the timeline.

Not a board seat and a quarterly check-in.

Our Thesis

Five themes where we build and invest, AI native and AI enabled companies serving the enterprise.

  1. Enterprise AI

Horizontal AI platforms and workflows reshaping how enterprises operate.

  2. Vertical AI

AI native companies built around the workflows and data of a specific industry.

  3. Physical AI

Intelligence connecting software to robotics, machines, sensors, and the physical world.

  4. AI Security

Security, governance, identity, and observability for AI systems and agents.

  5. Frontier

Selective opportunities adjacent to our core focus where we have a genuine reason to participate.

What Earns Our Attention?

01

A Problem an Enterprise Already Pays to Solve Badly

The most durable companies replace an existing cost line rather than creating a new one. If an organization is already spending money, people, or tolerance on the problem, the market question is largely answered.

02

Depth in One Workflow, Not Breadth Across Many

AI has made it easy to build something that demonstrates well across a dozen use cases and holds up in none. We look for teams who understand a single workflow well enough to automate it safely.

03

A Team That Has Met the Enterprise Before

Selling into a regulated organization is its own discipline: procurement, security review, integration, the pilot that stalls for a quarter. Teams who know that terrain move considerably faster.

04

Something We Can Genuinely Accelerate

If our enterprise relationships, architecture experience, or compliance background do not change the company's trajectory, we are the wrong partner regardless of the quality of the business.

Where We Operate?

Headquartered in Texas. We build and invest across North America, with selective exposure in India.

Two professionals in a collaborative meeting

The India connection is not incidental. Veritis Group's delivery organization spans both, which shortens the distance between an engineering team in one and an enterprise buyer in the other, but we focus on North America.

How Do We Work?

What Our Involvement Actually Looks Like?

Capital is the least interesting thing we bring.

Veritis Venture Studio sits inside Veritis Group, an enterprise technology company with 21 years and more than 600 implementations delivered across automotive, banking and financial services, energy, government, healthcare, manufacturing, and telecom.

For a company selling into the enterprise, that is a distribution channel, an architecture review board, and a compliance function. These three things usually take two years to build and stall every deal until they're in place.

Customers

Access to enterprise buyers, design partners, and pilot opportunities through established Veritis relationships.

Technology

Enterprise architecture guidance across cloud, AI, and scalable systems from experienced technology teams.

Capital

Flexible funding from formation through growth, aligned to long term company building.

Scale

Security, compliance, and go to market support designed to help companies scale with enterprise readiness.
